Christensen Dental Consulting has spent many years developing practical yet successful methods to assist you and your dental practice in improving the following day-to-day operations that ultimately challenge every dental practice. Practice Analysis

We Provide the practice analysis report to gather essential information for evaluating your dental practice. Once the information has been gathered we will complete an on-sight evaluation which includes:

This policy was written to assist the myriad of employment law regulations with standards and policies that ensure compliance while avoiding costly labor problems. Since small businesses have not had the training nor can afford a specially trained human resource staff, this HR Program has been designed for you.

Integrated Performance Management System (IPM)

This assessment is a state-of-the-art tool for recruiting, screening, interviewing, performance appraisals, coaching, communications and team building. It is utilized to assess perceived attributes, motivators, character strengths, and limitations relevant to the job in question. The results are designed to reveal talents, attributes, and/or issues that otherwise would go undetected. The assessment represents a more objective and consistent means of evaluating candidates for success in a given position.
